Although we do love receiving vinyl in post, we don’t much like receiving returns :-(

Most of our vinyl is brand new and personally inspected by us – so we do not expect any defects.

However, if you’re unfortunate to have faulty product.

• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

• Please contact me before returning an item

• Return postage is your responsibility. If the item is faulty, we will refund postage after inspection.

• We will process refunds when the returned item is received by us.
